General Return Policy

Merchandise in new, saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Exceptions include clearance sales, special orders, and items in unsaleable condition (unless covered by the Garden Club Guarantee).

We want you to be successful! That’s why we stand behind your Youngs experience. If we can improve, let us know! If something you purchase doesn’t meet reasonable expectations, we’ll make it right. Just follow these guidelines:

  • Bring back the product. If you have the receipt, bring that as well!
  • We’ll gladly get you store credit for the items, then help you find another option.

For us to continue offering great quality and service, we will be unable to accept excessive returns of unsaleable plants.

Now for the fine print…clearance, professional landscapers, and special order purchases are excluded. And for the 1% that seem to want to ruin a good thing, Youngs reserves the right to refuse a return and cancel Garden Club membership in the event of policy abuse.
